  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your ties.

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind during transit.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
